If your order didn't arrive, the first thing you should do is send a message to the person you ordered it from. You can do this using SwapSimple's on-site private message system by following these simple steps:

Login to SwapSimple
Click on the Trades" tab
Locate the item in question
Look for the line that says "Ordered From", and click on the person's name
Click on the "Send Message" link, just under the person's photo
